Also this automatic upgrading is really annoying. I thank you for your help, which I really appreciate, but I cannot spend more hours on this problem. I will turn to a product form another company or shareware software, with the same functionality. But I have the bill of the product and everything. Also the help I got from the german service hotline was totally disappointing, telling me that they could not give me an answer because they had the wrong email address from registration. I also fear that upgrading other adobe products will drive me into similar situations.

This is the only software I had problems with during the move to a new computer system. I am working with Adobe professionally and I cannot spend hours and hours of solving installation problems. I must say I#am totally disappointed because of this problem. Lkassuba wrote:Can you perform an ESD download from the licensing website? The licensing website has updated versions Acrobat w/o ALM.I tried to download the trial version, but the same problem.
